Booked this for our trip and it met the needs. The breakfast was adequate and satisfactory, the staff was pleasant, the grounds were fairly clean. We thoroughly enjoyed croissants, cereal, and fruit. The location was magnificent and nice, very close to a railway station.

Overall charming small and modern hotel, I felt safe!
Everything was simply great. By and large, it was good choice for sightseeing in Rome, had much fun and met friendly and fairly friendly staff who work in the night shift. Thoroughly enjoyed central heating, a safe and multi-channel TV in the room...

Great location, near transit rail. Comfortable single room design. Comfortable bed with ample luggage space. Complimentary bottle of water. Convenient stroll to attractions. Nice little restaurant nearby. Friendly and helpful staff. Daily room cleaning.
Nothing all excellent.

The continental breakfast was good and the staff attempted to be helpful after we got pickpocketed on the subway. The hotels should advocate for the city of Rome to post warnings that are very visible in the Termini. That would have saved us a lot of grief.
The street noise prevented me from sleeping but we were expecting that and is no fault of the hotel.I realize it's Rome but the room was way over priced.

The location of the hotel was perfect, very near to Termini station, making it easy to get to with suitcases from the train station. The room was comfortable, quiet, and clean with air conditioning, and there were plenty of towels in the bathroom. The staff were friendly, providing information on places to visit, and breakfast was enjoyable with delicious food and coffee. The hotel also had good facilities, including access to tourist buses.
Some staff members were not as helpful.

Clean and really quiet room in spite of proximity to railway station (2 minutes)
Very strange light in the bath-room (rather dark) Bad coffee from coffee machine Very difficult to connect with wi-fi system (you need assistance of staff)
Tourists from India often stay at these properties. Ideas for your future trips.
